DeX Santillan is a genderqueer, masculine of center, brown queer who helps folks like himself with their gender journey and clothing, matching outside appearances with internal gender identity.

Focusing on trans masculine, non-binary and masculine of center folks, he has been on a gender journey since he was a child. Over the last 20 years, he worked in big box and independently owned masculine clothing stores. Now, he wants to use his knowledge and experience to help others with their journey. DeX does this through confidence building, coaching, clothing styling and sharing best practices alongside the whole way.

DeX does community outreach through clothing swaps and fashion shows. He is also available for interviews and speaking engagements.
